Why ShareFest?
- To express an overflow of gratitude for all that God has done for us in Jesus Christ
- Jesus modeled and taught servant hood as a way of life
- God calls us to compassion for the less fortunate and needy
- It is more blessed to give than receive
- To make a real difference in the quality of life for our neighbors
- To bring glory to our God through unifying our churches
- To initiate long-term relationships in our communities
ShareFest is organized into 8 districts across Lake County Illinois. These districts have their own serving event projects and leadership teams.

ShareFest is an initiave sponsored by Catalyst. Catalyst seeks to mobilize churches in Lake County for spiritual revolution across Chicagoland. Catalyst churches work together by connecting people and resources for greater Kingdom impact. We know from scripture and from history that this will lead to community transformation! Examples of Serving Events
Volunteers participate in a variety of serving events including: providing school supplies to children, home repairs and painting, facilitating renovations, cleanup projects, donation drives, construction projects, senior citizen visitation, and making meals for public servants.
